Your flight goes on as you pass over the Empire State building, formerly one of the tallest in the world. Enjoy fantastic aerial views of the Chrysler, Woolworth and Met Life (Pan Am) Buildings.

Please Note: Downtown Manhattan Heliport Location (Pier 6 & the East River) is closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Our Safety is New York City’s Business

All guests must observe the following SECURITY REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a valid photo ID (i.e. – Passport or Drivers License).

Must check in all bags with security or lockers are available for rent. (it’s best you leave your personal items at your hotel for safekeeping.)

No handbags, carry-ons, backpacks or personal items will be allowed on the flight.

No cell phones are allowed on the flight.

No keys, no lighters & no matches will be allowed on the flight.

Must walk through a metal detector.

Personal cameras and professional video cameras are allowed onboard as soon as they clear through security.

Disposable cameras most of the time are available for purchase at heliport and are allowed onboard the aircraft in flight.

A mandatory $2.50 per person Heliport Security Fee will be due at the time of check in and is payable directly at the heliport.

Directions:

  • To the Downtown Manhattan Heliport Location (Pier 6 & the East River)

Bus: Take the 9 or 15 to the South Street Seaport Station. Walk south with the water on your left-hand side. You should be able to see us by then.

Subway: Take the 1 or 9 South to the last stop in Manhattan called the South Ferry. Walk towards the South Street Seaport. We are a 5 to 10-minute walk south of there.

Train: Take the N or R to Whitehall Street Station. Walk towards the water, keeping it on your right-hand side. The Heliport is between South Street Seaport by the Staten Island Ferry.

Driving: The closest parking area to our Downtown Heliport is at the South Street Seaport, so if you are coming from the West Side, take West Street south, follow the signs for FDR Drive, take the street underpass and stay to the right. Take Exit 1 at the end of underpass and turn right on South Street, six blocks. If your are coming from the East Side, take FDR Drive south to Exit 3 onto South Street and proceed about 1 mile. We are a 5 to 10-minute walk south from the South Street Seaport.

  • Directions to VIP Heliport Midtown Location (West 30th Street and 12th Avenue)

By Bus: Take any bus (North or South bound) to 34th Street and transfer to the M34 bus going west to 12th Avenue towards Jacob Javits Center, which will be on the north side of the street. Take this bus to the last stop and continue on foot, cross the following avenue and make a left (you should be able to view us by then). And walk two blocks.

By Subway: Take any subway line to 34th Street and transfer to the M34 bus going west to 12th Avenue towards Jacob Javits Center, which will be on the north side of the street. Driving Directions

From the George Washington Bridge: Take the Henry Hudson Parkway South (this turns into 12th avenue). Continue until 34th Street, turn left up to 11th Avenue, where you will find parking (unfortunately, we do not provide a parking lot). Once you find a parking spot, walk to

34th then up to 12th Avenue, cross the avenue and make a left (you should be able to view us by then) and walk the two blocks south.

From the Midtown Tunnel: Follow the signs to 34th Street. Turn right onto 34th Street and continue west to 11th Avenue, where you will be able to find parking (unfortunately, we do not provide a parking lot). Once you find a parking spot, walk to 34th and then turn up to 12th Avenue, cross the avenue and make a left (you should be able to view us by then) and walk the two blocks south.

  • Directions to the Paulus Hook Pier

Take a New York Waterway ferry from 38th Street to Colgate, Jersey City or a NY Water Taxi from Pier 11 to Colgate, Jersey City. Take the Path Train from WTC to Exchange Place (first stop). When you come out of Path Station make a left and the heliport will be four blocks up on the left-hand side.

Driving Directions

From the South and Northwest: Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 14C (Grand Street). Right on the first traffic light to Montgomery Street moving east to Hudson Street at Exchange Place. Right onto Hudson Street and proceed straight ahead for four blocks.

From Jersey City: Take Kennedy Boulevard to Montgomery Street eastbound to Hudson Street and proceed straight ahead four blocks.

We highly recommend utilizing public transit due the very limited number of parking spots in the city and the very high cost of parking garages.
